size small: chest 78cm (30¾”) and front length 57cm (22½”), back length 66cm (26”), armhole depth 23cm (9”)
to xxl: chest 100cm (39½”) and front length 63cm (24¾”), back length 72cm (28¼”) armhole depth 25cm (10”)

In addition to the 3.25mm (US size 3) and 3.75mm (US size 5) needles, you will also need stitch holders, stitch markers and a tapestry needle for making up.
